*He was born in 1965 in Bahçe District of Osmaniye Province. After completing primary school in Bahçe.
He completed his secondary and high school education at Private Seyhan High School in Adana.
*He graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and started working in Gaziantep.
*He practiced his profession as a physician in Primary and Secondary Health Institutions between 1989-2002.
*He served as Gaziantep Deputy Provincial Health Director between 2003-2009 and Gaziantep Provincial Health Director between 2009-2011.
He managed the process by carrying out the transition to Family Medicine in line with the Health Transformation Program of Gaziantep Province.
*He worked as a Family Physician between 2012-2014 and founded the Gaziantep Family Medicine Association and moved his association to the Family Physicians Federation (AHEF).
*He served as Deputy Secretary General of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality and Head of Health Services and Disabled People Department between 2014-2024.
*He was appointed as Deputy Chief Physician at Gaziantep City Hospital on September 16, 2024.
