How do I make an appointment?

By calling Alo 182 You can call Alo 182 from home, work, payphone and mobile phones. The operator answering the call is given the patient's T.R. Your ID number is given. The hospital, polyclinic and physician preferences, if any, for which an appointment is requested are notified to the operator. The operator informs the citizens appropriate date and time zones. Citizens take their appointment by choosing.


Making an Appointment Online

Log in to www.hastanerandevu.gov.tr or www.mhrs.gov.tr. When logging into the Central Physician Appointment System for the first time, a separate account is opened for each citizen. The relevant routing steps are followed for this. After the account is opened, use the "Make an Appointment" button. You can log in with your ID number and specified password. An appointment is made by choosing the desired hospital, polyclinic and physician.


Making an Appointment Using a Mobile Device


There is a "MHRS Mobile" application for smart devices (phones, tablets) with Android, IOS, BlackBerry and Windows operating systems. You can download "MHRS Mobile" free of charge from the application market (App Store, Play Store, etc.) used by your device.
