He was born on 15.12.1983 in Gaziantep. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Gaziantep, he graduated from Fırat University, Faculty of Technical Education as a Technical Teacher.

While he was working in the Financial Services unit (public tenders and contracts) of Gaziantep Provincial Health Directorate, Support Services Directorate, he managed the supply planning and purchasing processes as the Deputy Administrative and Financial Services Manager during the establishment of Gaziantep City Hospital. He started working as Administrative and Financial Services Manager on October 6, 2023, the official opening date of the hospital.
He provided training on Electronic Procurement, Electronic Auction, Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and Public Procurement Contracts Law No. 4735 in many institutions and organizations, and also conducted training activities on financial legislation with many employees of institutions and organizations through the social media account he established.
